Character animation is one of the key stages of game development. The time it takes to create animations is often ahead of the time it takes to write code and design models. No need to talk about the importance of smooth and natural animation in the project.
The problem is that many programs use their own animation mechanics, the features of which need to be studied for each program, while Unity uses various controllers to “revive” characters and models.
