So, I looked at your images, and at the index of the document, and the page you show as the last page (<Object #4>), is exactly where the index ends, so the document is complete.
Were you expecting it to include other things? What should it include that it is missing? Ill see if I can make changes to it if you can describe what else you need in it.

@sacushi - Forgive me for the stupidity. Now I understand the concept of the material that is available: it is a script for game development. I thought it was about a game development book. Now that the idea has enlightened my mind, I thank you for the script, it will help me a lot to put into practice some conceptual ideas for my future projects.
